FTPがマイナーな存在になります。ファイル転送はHTTPでブラウザ経由で送るなんてのが主流になってるんだけど。
ちょっと前のメール。FTPのサポートってどんどん時代遅れになっているよね。FTPの知識が求められたほどＩｎｔｅｒｎｅｔな一般のモノではなかったと言うことですね。

どっかでGoogle Japanの中の人が言ってたけど、
昔は HTTP over TCP/IP だった。SMTP over TCP/IP だった。FTP over TCP/IP だった。つまり XXX over TCP/IP。
そして今や XXX over HTTP になっている。
HTTPさえあれば何でも出来ますね。そしてＩｎｔｅｒｎｅｔは誰でも使えるモノになった。万歳。
